Where a business has no contract in place the initial fee is €50. If any extra costs are involved you will be advised after diagnosing your issue and pricing agreed.
How does our Remote Support work?

The DBIT service desk team will initially provide remote support to you. identify the cause of the issue and to determine the corrective actions required.
The DBIT service desk is staffed by full-time qualified engineers. If you have an issue, you can contact our service desk directly by phone, email or through the client portal.
All reported issues are logged and investigated.
